Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data Mursai collects, how we use it, and how we protect it.
When you connect your Acuity Scheduling account, Mursai accesses:
Acuity data: Your business name, service types, calendars, gift certificate products, and timezone.
Account information: Your email address and name, provided during sign-up.
Your data is used exclusively to provide Mursai's services:
Gift certificate products and pricing power your branded gift certificate page.
Your business name, brand colors, and logo personalize the gift certificate emails sent to recipients.
We never sell your data or your clients' data to anyone.
We never share individual client records with third parties.
We never contact your clients directly.
We never use your data to market competing services to you or your clients.
Your data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on Google Cloud Platform in the United States. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only. We do not store payment card information; all payments are processed by Stripe.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days of the subscription end date. If you resubscribe within that 30-day window, your existing data and settings will be restored. You can request immediate deletion at any time by contacting us.
Mursai uses the following third-party services:
Clerk for authentication and user management.
Stripe for subscription billing and gift certificate payment processing.
Resend for transactional email delivery (gift certificate emails, account notifications).
Google Cloud Platform for data storage and backend services.
You can at any time:
Disconnect your Acuity account from your dashboard.
Request a copy of all data we hold about your account.
Request deletion of your data.
Cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty.
